Sessions are held by secure telehealth, so care is available wherever you live in the state, and fees are reduced based on household income. We work with each client to understand their goals and build a plan that fits their life.

Therapy at Golden State Family Counseling Center is provided by clinicians who work under the clinical supervision of a California-licensed mental health professional. Some clients are seen by a Psychology Trainee, a doctoral student in clinical psychology who provides therapy under that licensed supervision.
Before your first session you will be told who your clinician is, their exact title and training status, and who supervises their work. Supervision is part of every client's care and is covered by the same confidentiality as your sessions.
